Ayman Mohktar brings more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to our club’s Healthcare sector and currently Viatris Regional President for the Middle East, North Africa, and Eurasia.
With a proven track record in multinational companies and extensive regional operational expertise, Ayman has held strategic positions and spearheaded operations across the Middle East and Africa. His deep commitment lies in improving patient access to vital medications through innovative approaches and fostering meaningful partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Ayman’s active involvement as a board member in various trade associations in the Middle East reflects his dedication to driving collaborative efforts and optimizing healthcare services in the region. He consistently advocates for collective action to enhance patient care and promote sustainable healthcare practices.

Real Estate Sector

Responsibilities

Ajay Sajnani brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our club’s Real Estate sector.
As Cofounder and Director at AJS Capital, a prestigious real estate investment advisory firm with operations in Dubai and Europe he brings in deep understanding of the real estate market and interiors.
Ajay’s extensive experience and family legacy in the UAE spanning 50 years have provided him with a comprehensive knowledge base. He possesses a unique perspective that enables him to navigate the intricacies of the industry.
Ajay’s educational journey includes completing the OPM 50 program at Harvard Business School in 2017. This prestigious program equips him with the latest insights and strategic thinking in the field of business and real estate.
  • To generate awareness about the new initiatives of HBS GCC Club.

Dr. Ahmed Emara has vast experience as an entrepreneur, operator, and investor, and is a driving force in the industry. As the Founder of ReAya Holding and Chairman of B Health Investments, he brings deep insights and expertise to our club’s Private Equity Sector.
Dr. Ahmed Emara’s educational accomplishments include an MBA from City University and executive certifications from renowned institutes worldwide. As a proud alumnus of Harvard Business School’s GMP-23 program, he combines academic excellence with practical experience.
  • Initiating 2-3 sector specific events annually with support from the HBS office team.
  • Provide sponsorship opportunities amounting to USD 50,000 anually.
  • Develop a creative way to add value to the me ally and regionally.

He leverages his Harvard education and deep understanding of business strategy to foster innovation, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results for our consulting sector community.

Mohamed is an esteemed alumnus of the American University in Cairo, where he honed his engineering skills, and Harvard Business School, where he furthered his business acumen. Combining technical knowledge with strategic insights, he brings a unique perspective to the Energy sector.
Mohamed’s dedication to fostering collaboration and driving innovation is evident in his previous role as a board member of our Club, contributing to the growth and success of the club for the last five years.
